Your personal data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries outside Singapore (including the United States and the European Union) where our service providers maintain infrastructure. In accordance with the Transfer Limitation Obligation under the PDPA, we transfer personal data overseas only to recipients that provide a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA — through contractual arrangements, the recipient country's adequacy recognition, or equivalent safeguards. By using LegalSkills SG you acknowledge and consent to such transfers on the basis described above.
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter sufficient to fulfil the purposes set out in section 3, or as required by applicable law. Payment records are retained for at least five (5) years to comply with financial and tax obligations. When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction, including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls on our databases. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use essential session cookies to maintain your authenticated session and a Meta Pixel for conversion measurement on our landing page. You may disable cookies via your browser settings; however, doing so may prevent you from accessing authenticated content. We do not use cookies for sale of data or third-party profiling beyond what is described here.
The supervisory authority for data protection in Singapore is the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC), reachable at www.pdpc.gov.sg. If you are dissatisfied with how we have handled your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the PDPC.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to your registered address at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of LegalSkills SG after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
