These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your") and Leonardo Ribeiro, operator of LegalSkills SG ("we", "us", "our"). By completing a purchase or accessing any content on LegalSkills SG, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
LegalSkills SG provides a library of AI-assisted legal drafting prompts and structured workflow skills across 22 Singapore law practice areas ("Skills"). The service is designed exclusively for Singapore-qualified legal practitioners, law-firm associates, and in-house counsel who operate under the Legal Profession Act 1966 and the Legal Profession (Professional Conduct) Rules 2015.
Important — not legal advice. The Skills are first-draft tools to assist professional legal work. They do not constitute legal advice and must not be presented to clients as such. Every output generated using a Skill is a draft that requires your independent review, professional judgement, and adaptation to the facts of the matter. You remain solely responsible for compliance with the Legal Profession (Professional Conduct) Rules 2015, including your duties of competence, candour, and confidentiality, and for the accuracy and appropriateness of any document or advice you issue to a client.
Upon payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, lifetime licence to access and use the Skills you have purchased for your own professional legal practice. This licence does not permit:
"Lifetime" access means continued access to the library for so long as we continue to operate the LegalSkills SG platform in its current or substantially similar form.
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (S$) and are inclusive of any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated:
Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card details. Your purchase is complete upon receipt of a payment confirmation email from us.
Because the Skills are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, access is granted as soon as payment is confirmed. Accordingly, we do not offer refunds after your access token has been issued and the content has been made available to you. This is consistent with the right to cancel for digital content under Singapore consumer law where delivery has begun with the buyer's prior consent.
If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from accessing content you have paid for, please contact leonardo@rsabr.adv.br within 14 days of purchase and we will rectify the issue or provide a full refund at our discretion.
You agree to use LegalSkills SG only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately and without refund if we reasonably determine that you have breached any provision of this section.
All Skills, prompts, workflows, content, and materials made available through LegalSkills SG are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Leonardo Ribeiro and are protected under the Copyright Act 2021 and other applicable Singapore intellectual property laws. Your licence under section 3 does not transfer any ownership rights to you. Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us to improve the service without obligation to you.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that: (a) the Skills are accurate, complete, or up to date with current Singapore law; (b) the service will be uninterrupted or error-free; or (c) any output generated using the Skills is fit for any particular legal purpose. You are responsible for verifying all legal content against primary sources before reliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Singapore, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of LegalSkills SG — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — is limited to the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss, including loss of profits, loss of clients, or professional liability claims arising from your use or misuse of the Skills.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
These Terms are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You and we irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of LegalSkills SG.
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to your registered address at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of LegalSkills SG after that date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of LegalSkills SG and supersede all prior representations, arrangements, or agreements.
